     representatives from  corporations organized  under the

Co-Chair Bishop discussed a new  fiscal note from Department                                                                    
of Natural Resources,  OMB Component 2733. He  read from the                                                                    
analysis:                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
      The   Citizens'   Advisory   Commission   on   Federal                                                                    
     Management  Areas in  Alaska  (CACFA)  was active  from                                                                    
     1981 until 1999, at which  time funding was eliminated.                                                                    
     In 2007,  AS 41.37  reestablished CACFA and  was active                                                                    
     from   FY2008   through   FY2017,  when   funding   was                                                                    
     eliminated. This bill will  extend the termination date                                                                    
     of the CACFA through June 30, 2029.

pass"  recommendation and  with one  new fiscal  impact note
